Dear Star Wars Fan,

It has recently come to our attention that a small percentage of Star Wars Evolution Update autograph cards were damaged while being inserted into packs. While we have rigid quality control procedures in place, this was an unforeseen problem and we are working closely with our vendors to make sure that it does not occur again. All the more regrettable is the fact that we do not have surplus inventory of each autograph to replace all of the affected cards and arranging to have talent sign more cards is not an option. Consequently, going forward, we cannot honor replacement requests.

For anyone who has received a less-than-perfect card, we offer our sincere apologies… and something more.

We’d like to offer you a very special collectible: a Luke Skywalker Evolution “D” card. This card was not previously available and is being created exclusively for this redemption. All you have to do is fill out the form below and mail it to the address shown at the top. You don’t have to send your imperfect cards back.  No receipt or SASE is necessary. Just send the completed form and we’ll handle the rest.
