THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) PROVIDE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THEMAGICAL GRAND PRIZE (THE “SWEEPSTAKES”). BY ATTEMPTING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS (AS DEFINED BELOW) FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF TOPPS, WHICH WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
1. Eligibility. Participants (“Participants”) must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or of legal age of majority in state or province of residence). Void outside of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Employees who were responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes, including officers and directors of The Topps Company, Inc. (“Topps” or “Sponsor”), are not eligible to participate. In addition, employees, officers and directors of The Walt Disney Company (“Disney”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates (including, without limitation, Disney Consumer Products, Inc.) are not eligible to participate.
2. Overview. Topps will include one (1) scratch-off redemption card (the “Redemption Card”) in 2025 Topps Disneyland 70th Anniversary beginning on February 26, 2026 at 10:00:00 A.M. ET.
3. Odds; Alternate Means of Entry. Chances of receiving the Redemption Card are approximately 1:504,576. For a chance to obtain the Redemption Card without purchase, at the same odds, while supplies last, send a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope (“SASE”) to: 2025 Topps Disneyland 70th Anniversary Trading Cards: Magical Grand Prize Sweepstakes Redemption, P.O. BOX 1732, Allen, TX 75013. Only one SASE per mailing, postmarked by March 27, 2026 and received by March 31, 2026. No metered mail.
4. Redemption Period. The Sweepstakes will commence at 10:00:00 A.M. ET on February 26, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 P.M. ET on June 30, 2026 (the “Redemption Period”).
5. Participation; Rules. The Participant who receives the Redemption Card must redeem it during the Redemption Period by entering the winning redemption code at https://www.topps.com/pages/promotions/rules/2025-topps-disneyland-70th-anniversary-trading-cards-magical-grand-prize-rules ("Redemption Website”).
Participant must carefully remove the entire scratch off surface on the Redemption Card and submit the code on the Redemption Website. If a Participant meet all of the eligibility requirements per these Official Rules, then the Participant is a potential winner and shall be eligible for the Prize associated with their redemption code.
The Redemption Card may only be redeemed one time and redemptions are non-transferrable. The Redemption Card is void after the Redemption Period, if the scratch off code is damaged or illegible, or if not redeemed in accordance with these Official Rules. An entry submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as an “Eligible Redemption”. There is no cost to redeem a Redemption Card, however internet access charges and/or wireless data rates may apply.
Participants with an Eligible Redemption (“Redemption Holder”) must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules including, without limitation, the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1 above. Redeeming a Redemption Card is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In order to complete the redemption of an Eligible Redemption, Redemption Holder must visit the Redemption Website to submit their unique redemption code and follow the provided online instructions to claim the Prize, which includes the completion of an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law), or any other document necessary to confirm eligibility, including consent from a parent or guardian (if applicable), as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
Sponsor will not be responsible for a late, lost, or damaged Redemption Card, or the potential winning Redemption Card not redeemed in the manner required on the back of the Redemption Card and by these Official Rules. All Redemption Card claims submitted for the Prize redemption are subject to verification and approval prior to prize award. NOTE: Any Redemption Holder shall be required to submit a photo of their potential winning Redemption Card along with their prize claim and may also be required to submit the original winning Redemption Card for verification to Sponsor as instructed. Failure to submit the original potential winning Redemption Card to Sponsor within ten (10) days of request per the provided instructions, shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of the associated prize award. If the Redemption Card is damaged, destroyed, lost, duplicated, fraudulent, forged, altered, copied, hand printed or tampered with in any manner, the Redemption Card will be void. If the Redemption Card is defective, containing any printing, typographical, or mechanical error or human or programming errors in production, it is void and not eligible for prize redemption. Any act, error or omission that changes the odds or scheduled number of prize awards will render the Redemption Card void, including programming and production errors. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on the Redemption Holder, which may also include a review/monitoring of all of Redemption Holder’s social media accounts, and Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Redemption Holder based on the results of such background check or if, at any time, the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that providing the redemption to the Redemption Holder might reflect negatively on the Sponsor.
Sponsor is not obligated to share any specific results of background check with any Redemption Holder, whether the background check resulted in a disqualification or not. Factors that could result in disqualification include, without limitation, having been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, being delinquent on a government-ordered payment, such as child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, etc., or any other criminal or civil offense determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Where necessary to fulfill this requirement in any jurisdiction, Redemption Holder must provide authorization and/or complete any forms reasonably required to facilitate such background check. If any Redemption Holder cannot be contacted within 48 hours after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the required documentation within the required time period, such Redemption Holder’s Eligible Redemption is void at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Prize (1). Winner shall receive the following (collectively, the “Prize”):
• A 3-night, 4-day vacation for Redemption Holder and up to 3 guests (each, a “Guest”) to the Disneyland® Resort (collectively, the “Group”).
• Up to 4 roundtrip coach airfares between the major international gateway airport closest to the Redemption Holder’s residence (the, “Departure Airport”) and a Southern California airport as chosen by Disney (the, “Arrival Airport”). If the Redemption Holder lives within a 250-mile radius of the Disneyland® Resort (the “Premises”), airfare will not be provided.
• Up to 4 roundtrip ground transfers for the Group between the Arrival Airport and the Premises (if applicable). If the Redemption Holder lives within a 250-mile radius of the Premises, airfare will not be provided, transfers will not be provided. Ground transfers will be selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
• 1 Concierge level room (with a maximum of 4 persons per room) for up to 3 consecutive nights as selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
• Up to four (4) 4-Day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets (subject to restrictions). A theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date are required for park entry for the Group. Theme park reservations and tickets will be required for each day and must be obtained before visiting.
• 1 Disney Gift Card with a value of $800.00 (subject to the restrictions available at https://www.disneygiftcard.com/terms/us)
• Reserved viewing for 1 showing of World of Color, on a date and time determined by Disney in its sole discretion.
The total aggregate approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $9,410.00.
In addition to any other terms included herein, the following terms apply to the Prize:
• Travel and lodging for the Prize awarded by Sponsor must be completed prior to June 30, 2027. The Group must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the same Departure Airport/Arrival Airport, as chosen by Disney.
• Prize fulfillment and travel are subject to certain restrictions, air travel/flight availability, and certain hotel/room availability at the Premises. The Prize must be booked through a travel agent as designated by Disney at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Block-out dates apply. No extensions will be granted (unless stated otherwise). Certain travel and lodging restrictions apply including airline carrier’s regulations and conditions. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion. Theme park tickets are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and included on the theme park tickets. An inability to use any tickets will result in forfeiture of such tickets. Block-out dates may apply.
• Both a theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date are required for park entry for the winner and each Guest. Theme park reservations and tickets will be required for each day of the visit and must be obtained before visiting. Park reservations are limited, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed. Park reservations do not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction, or offering. Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, services and other offerings are subject to change or cancellation, and may be modified, limited in availability or capacity, or be closed. Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. Disney reserves the right to cancel any reservations or admission media. Winner and Guests should visit Disneyland.com/updates before traveling to the Premises.
• A Guest under the age of majority must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who must be at least the age of majority, and both will be deemed Guests of the winner (unless the winner is the Guest’s parent or legal guardian). Once selected by winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason.
• Prize and its components (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, used for commercial purposes, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Disney’s sole and absolute discretion.
• All elements of the Prize (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the Group on the same dates during the redemption of the Prize. The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Prize (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason. Any portion of the Prize not accepted or used by winner will be forfeited.
• The winner and his/her Guests are responsible for having valid travel documents including government-issued identification and/or passports, as applicable.
• If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the winner.
• Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of the Group, related to any use or misuse of the prize or any prize-related activity or travel.
• Any damaged, lost or stolen theme park tickets, gift cards, or travel vouchers will not be replaced. Gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer.
7. General Terms. All details related to the Sweepstakes not specified in these Official Rules shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Redemption Holders remain liable for any and all taxes on the value of the Prize received. Participants are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to any Participant or Redemption Holder, who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize a Redemption Card or Eligible Redemption as described herein. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in which case a replacement of comparable or greater value may be provided with such value determined by Sponsor. All expenses and travel costs incurred as a result of seeking or winning a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Redemption Holder. Any expenses or costs not expressly stated in the description of the Prize above, including, but not limited to, ground transportation, parking fees, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service or facility charges, airline seat assignment or baggage check fees, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, or other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Redemption Holder.
Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, may result in disqualification.
Indemnified Parties (as defined below) assume no responsibility for incorrect, inaccurate, or late entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Redemption Cards in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or Official Rules for any reason, including if the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or amendment and/or adoption of new or existing laws and/or regulations regarding the administration, operation or any other aspect of the Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor may allow Eligible Redemptions to be redeemed to the extent received up until and or after (if applicable) the time of modification, cancellation or termination or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by Sponsor are final. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Disney and each of their respective affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, members, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting or arising from: (a) the Sweepstakes, including Participants participation therein and the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, or prize-related activity including travel, and/or (b) any breach or violation of any representation, warranty, obligation or covenant made by each Participant herein. Further, each Participant agrees to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Indemnified Parties, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Indemnified Parties, and hereby acknowledge that the Indemnified Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Sweepstakes.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TRAVEL, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCESS TO, LACK OF ACCESS TO, AND/OR USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE, THE REMOVAL FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO, ANY MATERIALS, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR PARTICIPATION IN, ANYTHING RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL RELATED ACTIVITIES AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Use and Transfer of Personal Information. By participating, each Participant agrees that their personally identifiable information collected or used in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor in accordance with their privacy policy(ies) located at https://www.topps.com/pages/privacy-policy. Any personal information held by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be held on record for a reasonable period to fulfill the purpose for which such personal information was collected. If a Participant give Sponsor permission to pass on their personal information to a third party then this shall no longer be the responsibility of Sponsor and shall be subject to the privacy policy of that third party.
